He's In!!!

After stressing about receiving a letter last week, and then not getting it before we left, we decided to just enjoy our weekend in St. George and find out our destiny when we got back Sunday night. Imagine our disappointment when we still had no letter on Sunday! We started thinking the worst. Other friends in the program had called or texted Brian earlier saying they got in or had been put on the waiting list. We were worried it meant that we didn't get in and would have to figure out a new plan for the next few years.

At school today Brian found out that a bunch of other people also had never gotten their letters so they had just called the office and asked. He went into the office this morning to see and was told that the lady in charge of that information did not work on Mondays. Aargh!! So we said we would wait one more day.

Luckily, when Brian got home today we checked the mail and his letter was here! Brian was shaking as he opened it and I was almost sick, waiting to hear what our fate was. Luckily, this was the letter we received.

Needless to say, we're both really excited. It's nice to have the definite plan now of what we're going to be doing for the next few years.
