Year-end Choir Concert

Some of you may know, but Brian & I met in Choir our Junior year of High School. Almost every memory we have together in High School is somehow related to choir things. We also got very close to our choir teacher and he's still teaching there today. This year my brother Brad was in the A Capella, and Brian's brother Nathan was in Mixed Chorus. That meant that they were both in the final concert of the year. So of course, Brian and I had to go. :)
My brother Brad.

Brian's brother Nathan.
Can you tell they're teenagers? They both gave me great looks when I tried to take pictures.
At the end of the concert, the director invites all the choir alumni to come up and sing the last two songs with the choir. Come Thou Fount, and Red, Red Rose. Brian and I were so happy to be up there with our siblings.

Another fun aspect of these concerts is the chance that you might see old friends. This is us with Crystal. She is one of the friends that introduced us in the first place. (I was so excited to see how she's doing. She's pregnant with twins!)

This is all of us with the choir teacher, Mr. Smith. He's crazy but we love him.

Brian with Nathan and Stuart.

Nathan will be a Junior next year and made it into the A Capella choir.

Me & Brad.

He'll be a Senior next year and made it into the Madrigal choir. So we get to do this for at least one more year. Probably more. :)

So...I saw Grandma Barlow at church here is St. George yesterday.... when I first talked to her I don't think she had a clue who I was and then by the time Relief Society was over she came up to me and gave me a hug (maybe she figured out who I was after all) She was cute about it!
