I've decided that I don't like New Year's Resolutions. It makes it sound like if you fail at something you have to wait until next year to try again. So I decided to do New Month's Resolutions. It's a shorter time period to keep track of, it makes it easy to just get started again and doesn't seem so daunting. If I can do something for one month, then I can do it for another month right?
I'm not saying if I mess up in the first week I wait until the next month to try again though. I think you just need to keep trying, but once a month you can sit down and just regroup. See what things you could do different, what didn't work or what did.
I bring this up because since I got sick I have had a hard time getting back into a regular workout schedule. It makes it even harder that I am tired after I get home from work and then I make dinner and then I don't want to put the effort into working out.
So I decided to make a change. I got up at 6:00 this morning and did my workout. I'm hoping this helps in multiple ways. First, to get my workout in each day, second, to get me up earlier, and third, to get me to go to bed earlier. We'll see how it goes for this first month.

I love working out in the morning, it makes me feel good all day! Good luck!
Good for you! That's the only way I get in my daily walk. If I don't do it early I never do it!
Good luck! I know that you can do it!
Ok, so how's the morning workout going? You know I swear by it!
